Gone are the days of ‘one size fits all’; here at Yeovil Golf Club we can offer a full custom fitting service utilising everything from the latest launch monitor technology to more traditional methods. All fitting sessions are carried out by one of our highly qualified P.G.A. professionals who know their products and know what’s best to help your game.

We’ve all seen the internet custom fitting procedures; enter your height here, your wrist to floor here, swing speed, average 7 iron distance and the like but how accurate do you think that is? How many people try this with a ruler they find on their desk, rounding up or down to the nearest whole number to make it a little bit simpler or get a rough estimate of their wrist to floor measurement using a 15cm turned top to tail up their leg? These systems are only as accurate as you are and can only give you a rough estimate of what set up (lie angle, length etc.) will suit you, they don’t take into account your address position, your swing or indeed the all important impact position.
